Ceramic Sludge Treatment Press Filter Description

The ceramic sludge is pumped into the filter press for hydraulic compaction, and the undercurrent flows out of the extruded clean water. The sludge remains in the plate, relaxes the machine, and the sludge falls into a cake shape into the bottom to facilitate one-time transportation and treatment of the sludge. Quick and easy.

The filter press consists of a frame, a filter plate, a filter press system (manual, mechanical or hydraulic), and an electric control cabinet.

The frame is composed of a base, a push plate and a beam, and supports the compaction device and the filter plate.

The filter plate is installed on the beam between the tail plate and the push plate, and a filter cloth is sandwiched in the middle.

During work, a pressing device (cylinder piston rod or screw) drives the push plate to press the filter plate and filter cloth between the push plate and the tail plate. A filter chamber is formed between the filter plates, and the material enters the filter chamber through the feed port on the tail plate. The solid particles are trapped in the filter chamber to form a cake, while the liquid is discharged from the tail plate. Similarly, in order to dry the pressed cake, compressed air may be introduced through the washing port.
